In our Sony A7R V review, we were able to shoot handheld at ISO 100 at 1/3 second and our image was clean and sharp. It also has 8 stops of image stabilization, which we found completely came into its own when shooting in low light. It features a new AI-based autofocus system that is designed to recognize human movements, poses and all sorts of different body parts to anticipate how the subject might move, and it also tracks subjects like cars, trains, planes, animals and insects. We weren't sure how they could improve on the A7R IV, which used to sit in this place on this list, but we think this new model has blown it out of the water.
